Dr Bradley Postma, a registered Patent Attorney, admitted to unsatisfactory professional conduct involving inadequate documentation of client advice and instructions related to a patent rectification request between November 2019 and May 2020. As a result, the Trans-Tasman IP Attorneys Board withdrew formal charges but required him to complete 12 additional Continuing Professional Education points in practice management within 12 months from 3 June 2025.
