At the recent IPTA conference in Hobart, Veg Tran presented a session on complaints and conduct matters before the Board. The presentation covered topics including feedback from the Code of Conduct Health Check, statistics of complaints and disciplinary matters considered by the Board and referred to the Tribunal, what attorneys can do to mitigate a complaint being filed, and briefly discussed the upcoming improvements such as a new complaint form and enhancements to the Guidelines to the Code of Conduct.
